Step 1: Sign Up & Dashboard
Create your account and land on your agency dashboard — the central hub where you manage your brand, talk to your team, and track results.
- Sign up at your agency portal
- Your isolated workspace is created automatically
- The dashboard shows your team, recent activity, and quick-start actions
Step 2: Upload Brand Knowledge
Give your agency team something to work with. Upload your existing content, guides, PDFs, and brand materials so the team can learn your business.
- Upload PDFs, docs, and articles to the Knowledge Base
- The team scans and indexes everything for instant retrieval
- Your Research Analyst will extract key entities and structure the knowledge
Step 3: Define Your Brand Voice
Open the Brand Book and define who you are — your voice, values, audience, and visual identity. This becomes the foundation that every team member follows.
- Set your tone, writing style, and core messaging
- Define your target audience and positioning
- Add visual guidelines and branding elements
- Every specialist aligns to this Brand Book automatically
Step 4: Brief Your Creative Director
Open a conversation with Muse, your Creative Director. She already knows your brand from Steps 2 and 3 — just tell her what you need.

- She'll delegate tasks to the right specialists
- Ask for content, campaigns, research, or strategy
- Muse remembers everything across sessions
Step 5: Connect Your Channels
Link your WordPress site, social media accounts, email marketing (Mautic), and analytics so your team can actually publish and track results.
- Connect WordPress for content publishing
- Link Mautic for email marketing and lead nurturing
- Add Google Analytics for performance tracking
- Connect social channels via Postiz for scheduling
Step 6: Launch Brand Ambassador
Enable your Brand Ambassador — the public-facing AI that answers visitor questions using your approved public knowledge.
- Toggle Mirror Mode on from your dashboard

Installation
